This safari sunrise is all East African Arabicas. Giornio shines into your morning with florals that dance through the toasted cereal note. Washed and naturally processed Ethiopian Arabicas appear in this Vertuo coffee. That way we could get both the washed coffee's delicate florals and the natural coffee's wilder floral notes. Blending in a Kenyan coffee added acidity. Giornio is a split medium roast coffee. A lighter, shorter roast for the Ethiopian Arabica keeps those floral notes alive. A longer, darker roast of the Kenyan coffee adds body to this Vertuo coffee. The aromatics that unfold will stay with you all day.
