Origins Indonesia is our first Fairtrade certified coffee that made its debut in the Original Line in 2019 and has since been a very popular with our consumers due to its woody and cereal notes that come from its unique processing method. We are now bringing Indonesia to our professional clients so that more people can appreciate its outstanding profile. Indonesia wet-hulled Arabica is a race against rain. Sumatran farmers wet-hull their coffee because of the humid climate. This creates a wildly aromatic cup with woody and malted cereal notes. Best enjoyed as Espresso (40ml). Also recommended as Ristretto (25ml).
