The Caffè Vergnano Gran Aroma consists of 60% finest Arabica and 40% aromatic Robusta beans. Due to the robusta content, this espresso has a particularly strong taste and convinces with a perfect crema.
It is rounded off by fine nuances of nut and chocolate. Vergano can retain the aromatic taste through particularly gentle processing, using the long-term roasting process. The aromas can thus develop intensively and offer a long-lasting taste experience without unnecessary bitter substances.
The beans are also traditionally processed using a slow roasting process, with cycles lasting between 18 and 22 minutes. The variety is recommended as an espresso, but it is also suitable as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. Preparation in a fully automatic machine is recommended.
