VELVETY AND ENVELOPING

Of all the types of coffee in Brazil, a prominent place is occupied by the coffee from the São Paulo region, called Santos, after the port where the sacks of unroasted coffee are shipped. Santos coffee is considered the best South American Arabica quality.
Cup profile: sweet, with low acidity and a velvety, enveloping aroma with a delicate touch of chocolate, it is the ideal breakfast coffee.

Due to its medium-fine grinding, this coffee blend is ideal for mocha. It can also be used for espresso, taking care to press the coffee more into the filter holder or adding more powder.
